Led by the National Abortion Rights Action League, NARAL, pro choice Americans are being urged to get their members of Congress to support a new Freedom of Choice Act that would go some way to reversing the impact of the recent Supreme court decision.
NARAL’s open letter starts:
A few weeks ago, the Supreme Court, reconfigured by President Bush, decided that politicians – not women and their doctors – know what’s best for women.
The Court’s ruling to uphold the Bush Federal Abortion Ban is a setback for all Americans who support Roe v. Wade!
If you agree that women and their doctors should be trusted to make personal, private, medical decisions without political interference, then please stand with me and fight back.

I couldn’t understand some parts of this article US PRO CHOICE GROUPS REGROUP, but I guess I just need to check some more resources regarding this, because it sounds interesting.
